Inserting

Our inserting machines can insert up to 6 mail pieces into an open-sided envelopes (max size: 5¾ x 9½). Our oversized Mastermailer is capable of inserting up to 6 mail pieces into open-sided envelopes (max size: 10×13).

Tabbing (wafer sealing)

Our high speed tabbing machines are capable of applying one or two tabs in one pass. This process can be combined with our ink jet printing device, allowing us to simultaneously ink jet and tab your mail pieces in one pass.

Poly Bagging

Poly bags are a good alternative to envelopes. TMH has a semi-automatic Mail-Bagger machine that can apply and seal a poly bag to the size of the particular mail component. This method is highly effective and is acceptable for Canadian, USA and International mail.

Match Mailing

In this scenario, you would personalize your letters with the recipients first and last name – matching the addressing on the envelope. This “match” dramatically increases the trust associated with the letter.
